  Preemie nipples are available only as a single nipple (each) and do not include any retail packaging. All other sizes come in a 2-pack.

  Please note that Dr. Brown s updated the design of their glass bottles and nipples in 2019, from the Options line to the new Options+.  Older Options wide neck nipples will not fit the Options+ bottles, and vice versa. You must use Options+ nipples with Options+ bottles, and Options nipples with Options bottles.
